*Vicious Vino 2023 Rosso Rosso (Nebbiolo:Syrah)

This VV red is a 50:50 blend of Nebbiolo from the King Valley and Syrah from the Yarra Valley. Post ferment maceration on the Nebbiolo adds tannin and structure while the whole bunch fermented Syrah adds perfume and depth to the wine. Delicious mid-week pizza wine right here!
