If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, please contact us via the email address provided on our website, to arrange for the wine to be returned. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the wine within 28 days of receiving it.  The wine must be received by us in the same condition that you received it, and undamaged in any way.

If the product is damaged in any way (save for wine damaged prior to delivery to you), or you have returned the wine more than 28 days after receiving it, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Damage during transport: We are constantly striving to ensure that any wine deliveries are completed promptly and safely. However, from time to time wine is damaged in transport. We strongly recommend that you refuse to accept delivery of any wine where the packaging is damaged or, if the wine has been left for collection, photograph any damage and contact us immediately.
