“Fermented and matured in one four-year-old puncheon. No mlf. A very bright green gold. Another super chardonnay from Thick as Thieves in 2024. This beauty has aromas of freshly picked yellow nectarines together with grilled nuts and some light sea spray scents. Even better on the saline, tightly wound and very long palate.
