AGED, SWEET FORTIFIED WINE… TRY WITH BLUE CHEESE

LBV (late bottled vintage)….. A single barrel of 2015 Nero d’Avola was fortified mid ferment with our own brandy spirit and left in barrel for six years. The result is a drier style of tawny with great rancio characters and a luscious mouthfeel.

Alcohol: 21.2% v/v

Sugar: 119 g/L (sweet-ish)
